Extremely competent. Dimitri knew exactly what was wrong with our Sub-Zero refrigerator, ordered parts and submitted a proposal that I approved. Showed up as scheduled the next day with all new components and installed them quickly and efficiently.
I had a 20-year-old Wolf range and the oven went out. Winline sent a very knowledgeable technician. I needed two new control boards, and he returned within 24 hours and fixed it. He also cleaned underneath and tidied up, courteous and knowledgeable. Terrific service!
